This wheel-thrown ceramic sculpture investigates psychological and biological intimacy through the physical merging of two independent vessels. The composition forms an organic, botanical silhouette that references floral structures, female anatomy, and marine shells.The architecture of the work features an outer, dark, and matte oxide-treated clay body that splits and unfolds, revealing a soft, luminous, glazed pink and pearlescent interior reminiscent of nacre. This structural layering embodies a protective, sheltering embrace, where the hard exterior provides a sanctuary for a delicate and fluid core
